Not Attending: David Swanson, Henry Neeman, James Deaton, Gary Allen, Myron Lowe

Status of CI survey: There were some comments, Greg is working on adding what was suggested to the survey.

Is the survey too long? General consensus, no, it is not too long yet.

To Do:

Add University System as an option for principal organization type.

Add items on whether respondent uses campus or regional/national hpc resources and data storage resources.

Add items on respondents knowledge of the number of cores and amount of shared data storage on campus.

Mechanisms to distribute the survey. We don't want to send the survey to one individual more than once. Should our only distribution be via the institutional reps? Someone, either from the committee, or the institutional rep should contact the person that will be distributing the survey to their campus.

Greg will confirm with someone from each state how to circulate survey.

Discussion re leaving survey open beyond various campus spring breaks.
