More people from SD and KS returned the survey, so the re-request for surveys worked.

The people from SD personalized the requests, MO didn't.

Henry sent out some to OSCAR users, so people from all over have gotten them.

How do we work this data?

Greg is coding responses in Excel by state. It will be more difficult to see how individual disciplines respond.

Someone said they wanted to see how the overall membership responded.

You can't use the open response #5 and assume that all #5 open responses are from the same person.

How do we deal with "no response"? We can't lump NS with the high/med/low response. Answering some questions is different than abandoning the survey.

Should we send this to state networks? Yes, more data is good. Greg will send the surveys to the state networks.

IBM has a similar survey out there.
